you have not included enough info for a knowledgeable person to answer your question UNLESS you have a 3000sf flat roof, which is never flat and will ultimately belly in to collect water and leak...
What is the pitch of your roof dip shite?

Normally I'd be more curious if it were 1 or 2 stories, hip vs gables...

I had quotes between $800 and $1000 for my house. It’s 3000 under roof.

Thank you. Swear I was asking how many shingles it would take to cover it

Why not do it your self? Start in the early morning before it heats up. Apply your cleaner of choice, and wait. Come back after 15 minutes or so and hit it with a garden hose and a decent nozzle. Possibly reapply to rough spots.

I did mine myself last year using the Spray and Forget it stuff. That stuff takes weeks to work though so you don’t actually know what you missed for a while. My roof is really steep and high so it was hard to reach some of the spots. In the end it did an ok job but I went ahead and paid for the professional soft wash this year. It came out much better, roof looks brand new.

If you are in the BR area, Freedom Services does roof washing. Several of my neighbors have used them. The most recent time was about a month ago. They came out, sprayed for about 3 hours, washed off all of the plants and driveway and left. $1,500 for 3000 sq ft give or take. It looked brand new about 20 minutes after they left. I will use them to do my roof soon
