The grass grows slower where the mower can’t get?

No but I find that grass a little taller isn’t as noticeable, maybe I’m just not ocd enough. I honestly weed eat every 3-4 weeks and mow weekly or twice a week sometimes.

I almost always mow first but honestly everyone is right and weed eating first then mowing helps to mulch the trimmings.

Mow first so I know where I need to weed eat.

Back when I did my own front yard, I would alternate between weedeating, edging, and hedge trimming. If I edged the driveway and sidewalk, I didn't feel like weedeating. If I trimmed hedges, I didn't feel like edging. I had one of those sets with one engine and several attachments, and I hardly ever ran all three. If I edged, I did that first. If I was trimming hedges, I did that last.

Weed eat, mow then blow. In that order every time.

Weed eat and edge, ride, then push the spots I couldn’t get while riding and weed eating.

Robot mows a section of yard daily to hit everything 3x a week. I crack out the trimmer every couple of weeks.

I agree with this approach but the only downside is not weed-eating at the correct height...too low or too high. The only way to make sure is to mow first.

Edge
Weed Eat
Mow
Blow

In that order, like a civilized human being

Correct. Usually due to imazapyr.
Perhaps I do both enough that it is never a problem. I feel no obligation to cut or trim just because I did the other one.

due to how my yard is I weed eat first then mow then blow...

once weed eating is done mowing is a piece of cake, because I don't have to manipulate the mower around ditches or tight areas...

Wasn't always the case for my lawn. I use to be able to cut every week, weed eat /edge front yard 1 week & the back the next week. Now my neighbor's teenager cuts their grass and scalps the yard every week. If I cut on a Saturday, by Monday or Tuesday it looks like I skipped that weekend So naturally, when I don't weed eat or edge it sticks out big time.

Always weedeat first. I also edge first as well and blow the clippings into the yard so the mower mulches everything up.

Pet peeve of mine is to have a freshly mown yard and then blowing clipping on top. Just ruins it for me

Faster way is to mow and clean up with the trimmer. But my preference is to trim first, especially if it’s been a while.
