Does anyone have any recommendations for soft washing Hardi and Stucco exterior and my roof in the Baton Rouge Area?
I got a quote from LA Softwash for $1500, just curious to hear about anyone elses experiences

Spent a day doing it myself for the cost of the cleaning products, which was $100-ish. My roof isn't very steep, so it was easy. Pump spray a section at a time, then hose it all off. A literal rinse and repeat. It made a huge difference. I had a picture at some point that showed the difference between a section I treated and an untreated one, and it was stark. If I can find it, I'll update this post.

I've used Green Tiger SoftWash twice on my stucco house - house, roof, driveway, patio, porch....the whole shebang. Weas pleased with their work. Not sure of the size of your house, but they were less than $1,500 for my job - probably closer to $1,000, if I recall correctly. That was last year.

I bought a foam gun for my electric pressure washer to wash my cars. I was thinking about using it on the house, any tried that?

Yea, Im doing mine myself down here in south Fl. Im using a pump up sprayer to put the chemical on, taking a brush on a extension pole and lightly brushing them rinsing off. Its easy and goes much faster than you think.
I use this and it works well with my damage to anything

If you care, soft washing your roof will void manufacturers warranty. If you don’t, please don’t do it and make my job infinitely harder when I have to climb it at some point

foam cannons will have the mix too diluted out of the sprayer. even if you use 12percent sh it will come out less than one percent which won't do much. use a pump sprayer of the cleaning solution and low pressure to rinse off. best to hire a pro for roof since a hotter mix is required. vinyl is pretty easy to clean. brick and stucco take a stronger solution also

Softwash is just a fancy term for bleach and soap designed to separate people from their money. My grandparents "soft washed" there house and walkways every year since probably before I was born. It was bleach and surfactant, probably some sort of spreader sticker from the feed store.

Strikes me as an odd thing to do, for some reason.
