builders arent using top soil . bringing in tons of clay and just throwing sod on top of it. the only top soil is what's on the bottom of the sod pieces when the landscapers install. we had someone fix some for us in a subdivision all mm+ houses and all the yards were like this . smh.

foam cannons will have the mix too diluted out of the sprayer. even if you use 12percent sh it will come out less than one percent which won't do much. use a pump sprayer of the cleaning solution and low pressure to rinse off. best to hire a pro for roof since a hotter mix is required. vinyl is pretty easy to clean. brick and stucco take a stronger solution also

in my experience it takes about 8 weeks to germinate but I was at woerner turf the other day and they claim that their centipede seed does not take that long. would look into it. but sod is always the fastest option if you can swing it
