Anyone have a remedy for soap scum on bathtub?

Heat up some vinegar in microwave. Mix an equal amount of dawn dish soap in a spray bottle with the hot vinegar. Shake it up and then spray on the soap scum. Let it sit for about 20 min and come back and you can wipe it off with a wet rag. Works great.
Edit: The smell is strong so make sure bathroom vents are on.

Must be a stubborn soap scum, this stuff worked great in the showers and bathtubs at some rentals I had. Maybe sulfuric acid?

My gf says Rejuvenate soap scum remover is THE BEST EVER!
She's a clean freak, and raves about this product. Said get it from HD or online.

Use a green Scotch Brite heavy duty scour pads. These can be found in the cleaning section of most stores.
It takes a little "elbow grease", but the scum comes off.
If the scum is really thick, It will come off using a knife with light pressure. After most of the scum is removed, use a Scotch Brite pad to get any remaining scum off.

I use this minus the microwave

I've never tried it without heating it up. Seems like the hot vinegar helps thin out the dish soap a little.

Quit using bar soap…liquids don’t produce nearly as much soap scum because they don’t have a lot of fats in them.
