Removal of Wasp Nest from Bushes

So evidently there is a wasp nest in the bushes of my flowerbed. What's the best thing to spray them with to get rid of them? It's thick bushes and I can't see the nest, but every time I disturb any area near it, they come out and get defensive.

I've thrown a insect fogger in the bushes before and it worked.

Wait until night, grab a flashlight and some wasp spray and burn em down

Toss a five gallon bucket of dawn liquid and water on'em.
Just make sure it's good and soapy.

Yes. What part of I can't see the nest because the bushes are thick did you not understand?

I use a long stick to wack the bushes to get a general location on the nest and then go out at night with a flashlight and some wasp spray. You've got to get down and pull back some branches on the side and look at the underside of the canopy to find them.

I've had that spectracide pro burn a few shrubs (crytomerias and soft touch hollys) so if you use it, maybe rinse it off once the assholes are dead.
For a better solution, get a little bottle of bifenthrin and mix it up in a pump sprayer. Coat the outside of the shrubs and after a few days they'll be dead/gone/. The residual seems to do a great job at knocking them out as they come and go (and without killing your plants)

Ding Ding, Winner Winner, Free Chicken Dinner!
I have a gallon of Bifenthrin and I don't take no shite from insects.
Get a couple of envelopes of Demon from Amazon - $10.

I wasn't asking how to see the nest. I was looking for something to coat the bush in. I now have bifenthrin on order. Hopefully it clears them out.

They won't fly at night. Try and figure out a general square foot area the nest is located. Once you have them targeted (generally) get your shop vac and a flashlight and vacuum them up at night. Remember, the light will be "daylight" to them, so you'll need to act fast. Any poison you spray in there might kill the bush in that area. The soapy water spray does work, but again, you need to be fast with it.
