What golf course do you live on? I did not think there were any in Addison.

That's the 15th hole at Harbor Lakes Golf Club in Granbury, TX - we'll be moving into that home next week. We currently live in Addison, and you are right, sir, there are no golf courses in Addison.

Here is another view of our patio. We haven't firmed up plans of what we will do, but have a lot of ideas.

NolaGT posted his a few months back on the OB. Really nice. He also has one of the most insane bourbon collections I’ve ever seen.

That's a nice outdoor kitchen. How much did that set you back?

What size footprint does that have? I've got a pool that takes up a big portion of my yard and want to add an outdoor space that will fit.

You live 6 inches away from your neighbor and spent over 100k on an outdoor patio?

Honestly that’s not a bad size yard for being in a neighborhood.

16’ x 30’

Rough estimate has already been alluded to in the thread. Cost can obviously vary significantly

I hope to god this guy didn’t pay 140k for that. It’s nice but you got seriously ripped off at that price. Can be done for 80k-90k easy and any more is just excessive.

You realize that slate and brick would be $20k?
