Here are a few pics of my backyard in Mandeville. The house was just finished a month ago so we still have some cleanup/work to do.

Be careful with that bulldog and a pool, friend of mine lost his this way.

It fell in the pool and couldn't get out or swim long

Do you know what color that brick is? We are building and looking for a light color brick. Do you have a picture of the front of the house?

Just the structure and counters without factoring in the cost of the appliances and A/V could probably be done for about this range. Adding the fireplace would put you at the top end or a little over

This. And show your dog to the steps or stairs several times.

get you some SafRestorer to try and get the red clay off the brick under the window. The longer you wait the harder it will be to get off FWIW.

LINK if you want to read up on it a little

I hope to god this guy didn’t pay 140k for that. It’s nice but you got seriously ripped off at that price. Can be done for 80k-90k easy and any more is just excessive.

Absolutely. At 140k what is you ROI?. There's def a lot of lost money in building one that expensive. Curious what the home cost was before the outdoor kitchen was built. It looks awesome no doubt though

I love the look and simplicity of this but i feel like in Louisiana, this would get soaked during a good rain storm. I feel like i would need more coverage and lower ceilings

Personally, I would build most of my outdoor kitchen strictly on the left end of your patio, completely blocking out the view of your neighbors house and that ugly bush. I would leave the entire back view of the golf course open.

this is what I'm talking about! I can't imagine spending tens of thousands on a porch. I have a yard, a grill, seating, and a place for big fires. Literally perfect

That's what we're thinking.
