I'm looking at buying a battery leaf blower today. I have a gas zero turn(Gravely), gas edger, gas weed eater, gas blower, gas chainsaw, etc(all Echo) so spare me the BS. I want a powerful battery powered blower that my wife can easily use around the pool and our porches and can tackle anything I want to do with it around the house. I'm looking at the Greenworks(PRO 170 MPH 700 CFM 60-Volt) and the Ego(Power+ 650cfm 180 mph 56v). Does anyone have experience with both? Which would you recommend?

I have the EGO and have had zero issues out of it. I am not sure on the Greenworks as I have no experience with the brand.

I have the green works, zero issues and love it.
I've also messed with the EGO.

In my opinion they are about equal. I would recommend either to anyone. I would just buy what ever brand has the other tools you may consider buying in the future.

This. I started with the EGO leaf blower, and added the hedge trimmers later. I'll likely add a weed eater if/when my Echo gas one dies.

I just recently purchased the base model Ego. I was worried it wouldn't be enough but it's impressive. Made sure work of the hurricane mess yesterday.

I have the EGO, no issues and it’s powerful and lasts kind enough to do a 300’ driveway. My wife does complain about the heavy 56v battery and switches arms continuously. No experience with Greenworks.

I started off with a green works 60V blower when my gas powered died. So far I am up to 7 pieces of equipment and 4 batteries for about $1200. Got it all on sale. Speaking of greenworks is running up to 20% off for labor day.

ETA: Discount code is LABORDAY if anyone is interested.

I bought the Ego because I know more people with them and all are very pleased. So far I'm impressed.

Card carrying member of the cult of ego here.

I have string trimmer, hedge trimmer, chainsaw and blower and 3 batteries.

I used them all today and killed all the batteries.

Love me some ego.

Just FYI for those on the fence about adding to an EGO line of lawn implements. Lowes has the 14" and 18" chainsaws, hedge trimmer, basic blower, and 600 CFM backpack blower on sale as part of the deal of the day. Most come without a battery. I just ordered the 18" with my Lowes' CC for $161 +tax.

Have a Greenworks 60V. Sometimes I have to take the battery out and put it back in for the leaf blower to start working again after not using it for several minutes, but other than that, no other issues.
