Getting rid of moles with exhaust

Moles are taking over my yard. I’ve tried traps and poison with no results. I’d like to attach a hose to my lawnmowers exhaust and kill them that way. The problem I encountered today was the heat from the exhaust melted my garden hose. Anybody ever tried this and had any luck attaching a hose?

At first I thought you sounded deranged, then I realized you're just full of hot air.

Gonna need to rig up some sort of metal pipe on the exhaust.

I spread some spectracide that targeted grub worms, mole crickets, etc. Target their food source and they will leave. Worked for me. Unfortunately for me my dogs had already turned my backyard into Normandy Beach looking for the moles

I’ve never tried it but would imagine that flexible metal conduit would work.

These are tearing up my yard too. I think voles too. I’ve started putting out little pellets in their burrows and broadcast some spectracide. We’ll see. I hate those frickers. If you figure a good hose for the exhaust lemme know!

Been doing this for years. It does lessen the activity. But their favorite food is earthworms. So they still tunnel in my yard. It’s a pain in the arse, but consistently trapping them or poisoning them seems to be the only viable options.
I saw on amazon something that’s supposed to hook up to your vehicle exhaust. But I’ve read people had problems with their cars throwing a code.
ETA: Amazon link

The only thing that works for me, and its a little fun:
Find active area, mow as low as you can, be certain to flatten all mounds.
wait one hour
grab a lawn chair, shovel, and drink
watch any newly raised dirt very closely.
ANY movement and you shovel as quickly as possible! Never fails most of the time!

use your car instead and connect a shop vac hose to it with duct tape

You don’t need to hook the hose to your car... use water. That’s what I do. Shove the hose down in the freshest hole as far as it will go and turn on the water. Watch really closely. When the mole starts to drown, it will come to the surface for air.

I tried using road flares...didn't work

How can you tell how many are living in your lawn? I've got spots in several areas separated, but is it like prairie dogs where there are a bunch in the same set of tunnels?

watch the new tunnels
that’s what my dog does anyway and she has a 90% success rate
