outdoor shower
beat me to it.
I wonder if its supposedly healthy like going out in the morning barefoot and letting the sun hit your face?
Sure feels good anyway. Around the mid of november I'll close up the pipes and take lame 'ol inside showers until march. damn that sucks.

Wait.. y’all mean a legit shower shower? This entire time I was thinking like a wash station. Somewhere to hose off the heavy stuff before going inside for a proper shower.
Y’all just put stalls up or what?

Solid core doors are something I’ll be sad if I have to live without again.
A lot of good stuff listed in this thread.

A set up to wash the dog if you have one.
Having a hot/cold combining outdoor faucet is so awesome for this. Have it fed by a tankless water heater even better.

Mine, deck the shite out of your attic and insulate the hell out of everything.
This would be on my original build plan. No brainer.

Wish I had this in my current house. Replacing them all is so costly. Our plan is to go one by one and our bedroom is first

A false wall or bookcase hiding a small room or closet. Great place to store your guns, good liquor, camera DVR or even as a small safe room. Bonus idea is to build 2 hidden spaces. Only one will your wife be aware of.

A gas stub out for a future generator would be nice unless your installing one outright.

Thought of something today I love, but your layout probably is finished.
We have his and hers toilet rooms in our bathroom. It’s amazing. Also have bidets in the toilets.
Which brings me to my next suggestion, fancy toilets with heated seats and bidets

If you plan to have an outdoor fridge, be sure to tell the electrician so he wires it without gfi.
