Wondering they can be transplanted or just done away with.

Looks like a water oak so not worth saving

you got a few different kinds going there…assuming those are flower bed volunteers then yes pull them up bare root and put in a pot for the summer. In the fall you can plant them wherever you want
there’s a willow oak in there (narrow leaves) which is an awesome tree, pretty when young and grows fast
I always have a few seedlings going in pots there come up everywhere at my house

The PictureThis app works well for this. And it’s free. You just have to hit the hard to see cancel button every time they try to sell you a subscrin the top right corner

Tree in foreground of the bottom picture is a sawtooth oak.
ETA - since my initial ID was clearly in error (
for the downvotes, they aren't helping OP), try looking this at the native tree guide published by the LSU Ag Center - LA Native Trees

Giving that app a try and I've found a few Chinese Elms that are randomly growing.

Top looks like willow oak but could be a water oak. Juvenile water oaks can be decieving, if it has any of the textbook spade shaped water oak leaves it is a water oak.
Bottom looks like cherrybark oak. If the bottom of the leaf is fuzzy in the bottom its cherrybark.

Leaves on oak saplings can be very deceiving.
What part of the state are you in and what other oaks do you have around? The acorns have to have come from somewhere.
I agree with the other poster, the top one looks like a water oak.

I always call the ones in bottom picture Blackjack oaks. could be wrong. I've never got a definitive answer but I've got them all over the place.

Thats what I was thinking, that's why I was asking location.
I see them in NLA quite often but not in the southern part of the state.

Top picture is a Water Oak. Their leaves change substantially as they mature.

Have you tried to use Google Lens?

This! I have five live oaks that I've grown from acorns from a parent live oak tree in my yard and for the first couple years, their leaves looked narrow like that, almost like a water oak. I'm in year four now and some of them still look similar to a water oak but I picked the acorns from directly beneath the live oak so I know they're not. Very deceiving.
