And if so where? Just regular dirt, about 3 wheel barrows full in order to fill up some holes in the yard. Thanks!

Top soil is 1.75/40 lb bag at lowes.
Or, go to Plant Tech off of old Jefferson. $35 for 1 cubic yard of dirt. They pull up a track hoe and dump it in the bed of your truck for you.

I've gone to Clegg's on Siegen and let them load my truck with top soil. It's been a while but I'm sure they still do it.

Clegg's on Seigen. Half a yard goes a long way.

if that's all just get some bags of topsoil from Lowes and throw in a few bags of sand.

either bags of topsoil or go to any large nursery. Clegg's and D's Garden Center have loose soil and mulch for sure.

Landscape Depot on Airline.

IMHO fill sand works best. It levels out and the grass seems to do better at filling in afterwards.
They have it at plant tech also.

Landscape Depot is my source. River silt for fill, garden soil for flower beds or containers, by the bag or the yard. Good folks
