Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer

I’ve been looking for a 4-5 gallon battery powered backpack sprayer to keep the grass from growing on my driveway. I’ve looked at the more expensive Dewalt, Stihl, and Milwaukee sprayers in the $400-$500 range but after reading reviews it looks like these are prone to breaking and replacement parts are hard to find. I started looking at cheaper Amazon ones and there are a ton out there. All my power tools are Dewalt so it would be nice to find something that would work with Dewalt 20V batteries. Do any of you have any recommendations?

Vevor sells and $80 one. Someone buy it and give us a report.

Go to Harbor Freight and get a manual backpack sprayer.

I already had a bunch of EGO tools and batteries so I bought their backpack sprayer. It’s top notch. But it’s expensive and doesn’t come with the battery. So if you don’t already have a battery it would cost even more.

“4-5 gallon battery powered backpack sprayer to keep the grass from growing on my driveway”
I’m 75 y.o.,takes me 2.5 gal.to spray my driveway, then another 2.5 gal to spray other stuff Ike fence line of chicken yard, around the barn, etc.
I have never felt the need to have a battery powered backpack sprayer.
I have a Chapin,manual pump,does fine for about a $100.It’s not like it’s an exhausting job.

I've got the vevor 4 gallon one. No complaints. It sprays out a backpack full in no time

I live on 20 acres of land and my driveway is about 1/4 mile long. Yeah it can get a little exhausting. Borrowed my FILs 20 gallon tank last year that he got from tractor supply but it didn’t work very well. Pump would go in and out and I really didn’t like the wand that came with it. This was after I changed the pump. A small 2.5 gallon sprayer just isn’t gonna cut it.

Have had the Dewalt for a little over a year, I like it, but it is heavy

FlowZone Typhoon 3 is what you want. I have a lot of Milwaukee, Ryobi and Ego batteries and the last thing I want to do is buy ANOTHER brand of battery.
Every pest control company I've dealt with all use FlowZone.

Flowzone. I have the 2 gallon storm with the removable tank that comes off the top. They are top notch.

I bought the spraymate tornado because it comes with an adapter to use DeWalt batteries which I already have
4 gallon
I use it to spray my fruit trees, mainly, because even the larger hand pump varieties didn't put out the volume or consistent high pressure I needed to do it quickly and thoroughly
I've been very pleased and impressed. Quality wand
I still keep my hand pump tanks, because, for spreading weedkiller and such that requires finesse and accuracy, the power sprayer is just not up to the task
It's either "on", or "off"
One of these days I will look for a valve to put in line at the inlet to the wand to reduce pressure that may allow for a more controlled application

I have all 20v Dewalt batteries of all different sizes. I did some reading and saw Flowzone sells an adapter for Milwaukee/Dewalt. I’m assuming you bought just the sprayer without the Flowzone battery and charger?
Looks to be a really good sprayer. It only comes with 3 different tips. Has that ever been an issue for you? Do you know if aftermarket universal tips would work if I needed a different tip than the 3 included?
Are the straps comfortable on the back and is it very heavy when full?

Ive had a field king for about five years now with no issues. But it's a matter of time before I swap to the DeWalt since I have several DeWalt batteries.

You may consider something wheeled then. Wouldn’t be that hard to redneck engineer if you wanted to. But tons of 4 wheeler and tractor options.
You could put something in a truck bed, have someone sit on the back, and spray from there. For example.
You should absolutely not dick with residential crap, half of it is made for residential use like once a month.
Get something made for landscape guys or landowners that use it almost daily as said.
Also, the backpack sprayers with hand pumps work great. Very easy to use.
A gallon of water is 8 lbs. So keep in mind a full tank ain’t light to carry
