First of all, I want to thank the Admin team, the Beta testing team, and all the first adopters that took a huge leap of faith and tried out the new version. These brave users have been testing this version out for the last few months and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
The new version has been called a lot of things: fresh, bold, swaggy...one thing it has not been called is bug-free, so please be patient as we work out the kinks.
The biggest change in this version is that you can now customize your forum menu (known as My Forums). By default, all the usual forums appear in the My Forums list in their familiar order. However, you can remove forums from the list as well as re-arrange the order. Forums from both TigerDroppings.com and SECrant.com can also be added to your list.
Just remember that the complete forums list can be accessed by clicking the "Forums" link next to the logo (on desktop) or the "Forums" link inside the hamburger menu at top left of mobile page.
For desktop users, by default, the My Forum list is a dropdown list. However, if you like the My Forums list to always be visible, click here: Show Left Links. The feedback on this is that is it nice to have, but you quickly get used to not having the left links always visible.
Also, for desktop users, the forum links that run from left to right above the content are called the Quick Links. This list is also customizable (click the cog icon on far right to customize). For most desktop users, this will be the prime method of navigating to your favorite forums.
We have also given you the ability to sort the forum indexes. The sort options are as follows:
Active: this is sort you are used to. Threads are sorted by last post date/time descending.
Trending: uses an algorithm to sort the index based on several factors...the algorithm it is a closely guarded secret...if you haven't been on the board for some extended period of time, viewing this sort may help you catch up on the more popular threads of the last day or two.
Recent: to be used to see the most recently started threads...Threads are sorted by thread start date/time descending.......comes in handy on a busy board where you may miss newer threads that are quickly pushed down by more active threads.
Please let us know in this thread if you experience any issues.

I saw the change happen before my eyes. I made a post and it switched. I am very uncomfortable right now.

Happened when I switched Forums... Was a little unnerving for sure

I hate the ads on the side on mobile. But it will be fine just take time to get used to.

Where did upvote/downvote go?
EDIT: BTW, I am sure I would have received a bunch of upvotes with this question, but... I feel so lost
