Need help with a thumbs up image...

can someone take this image:
and change it so that:
1. The part that is green around the hand becomes transparent
2. The border around the entire image is green
3. The border around the hand is green
4. The hand would stay white

one more request...edit this image two ways:
1. one with a green hand, with white border around the hand
2. one with the area around the hand in green (plus hand in green)
