Jambalaya cook off????

To whom it may concern,
On the food n drink board we are trying to put together a jambalaya cook off, please see my thread on it. We would like to call it the Tiger Droppings food n drink board cook off, seems like it is gaining some traction and before we make anything official we would like to hear back from those in charge. If it would be better to leave TD out of it completely we will do that, just let us know
