I mean no matter what people say, you are talking about a product that by nature is pretty high in carbs. It's a processed piece of bread if it's a flour tortilla.
Don't eat the tortilla if you want to avoid the carbs. If you're lifting hard, you need those carbs at times

I get the needing carbs if you’re lifting but why not keep it healthy?
