I like to eat chicken wraps. Which tortilla is the healthiest to buy? Any recommendations?

I don’t remember the brand, but Target sells tortillas made of something other than flour or corn. It’s high in protein. If you search their website, you should find it.

HEB sells some tortillas that are made out of some sort of root. Can't wrap my head around it right now.

I've seen some other grain free options but they're expensive compared to the traditional types

Siete Foods - Grain Free Tortilla Options

ETA looks like the root ones I was thinking of are Jicima Tortillas. They're essentially carb and calorie free but they don't last long. They're in the refrigerated section if your store offers them.

The Siete ones that Powerman posted seem to be the best. Tumaro's lists soybean oil and sugar as ingredients.

These are new and tried them last week and was very surprised how soft and real they tasted with only 45 calories per tortilla. Had 3 tacos and only 135 calories from the tortilla

Can’t beat it

I’ve been eating the wheat version of these for years. HEB makes one very similar as well.

But based on what we're learning about how these industrial processed vegetable oils contribute to inflammation, obesity, diabetes and even adverse neurological responses, why not seek out products that don't use them?

It’s not one of the first 3 ingredients and is a negligible amount

I eat 80% whole foods so the few times I eat these I’m not going to stress over something that small

If you ever eat out you’d be shocked the shite they put in your food, so I’m not stressing.

Those carb balance ones are awesome. The burrito size has 25g of fiber in one tortilla
