Yeah it’s flour tortillas, chips and all that good stuff too. Prolly my biggest meal of the week in terms of calories consumed. Also, it’s delicious. It’s also one of the few meals I don’t prepare myself.

Pizza and ice cream

I cheat on Sunday nights and work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. We have fried chicken on Sunday nights.

I don't really have cheat days. 6 days a week I take in 4000 calories a day and my recovery day is usually 2300 to 3300 depending on how much rest my body needs. As for macros my diet is high in protein and very high in carbs and I can utilize fat with no problem as long as it isn't eaten too late in the day. So for me it is rarely what I eat just plugging it in at the right time of day so I have proper glycogen when I need it and don't have any foods with high oxygen costs in my system when I ride. So if I want a massive piece of chocolate cake I eat it around 4-5pm and if I want a fatty steak or fried chicken I need to eat it at lunch.

Don’t really have a cheat food. I consider whatever my momma cooks on Sunday as my cheat meal. Tomorrow is fried catfish and shrimp
