I'll play....currently, age: 40ish, 6'2, 180, slender with long limbs, no belts or wraps.

B: 205
S: 290 (squatted more back in the day but without good depth and form so I'm not counting that)
DL: guessing its around 330-350, but haven't tried more than 295 in years

At some point before I turn 50 would like to bench 225 for 3 reps, but I'm not built at all for bench so its not really a big deal.

I'm not too worried about increasing my max squat or deadlift, but I would like to hit a baseline where I could do 25x225 squats non-stop with great form.

Holy frick. Raw or with a shirt? I have only seen one guy outside of Tiny Meeker put anything on top of (5) wheels and get it clean. If legit, very impressive.

Yeah. 545 is pretty legit especially if raw

The most I’ve ever hit raw was 455 at a body weight around 260

It was raw. I never tried to go higher after that, it really scared me with that much weight over me.

Bench is by far my best lift, I have a big chest and shorter arms. I wanted to go to 600 but just didn't feel comfortable holding that much weight.

Damn, obviously you had to have had multiple spotters at 545? If I had more in the tank, why not go up? Doing it raw is insane. That lift would put you as one of the strongest benchers in the state, but as I have said a metric shite ton of times, it’s hard for me to believe a lift that isn’t done in a legit meet unless I see it with my own eyes.

Yes, 2 on each side and one above. I do wish I would have tried with a shirt but like I said, it scared me with that much weight above me. I had done 505 for 2 the week prior and it didn't bother me. I understand the seeing is believing. I had plenty of witnesses. Not something I would even think about making up. Me and the guys I workout with have definitely bent some bars.

Just seen alot of bench lifts that never even remotely touched the chest that were passed on as good, although they wouldn't have sniffed passing in a meet. Shite, just unracking 545 is a feat.

Oh, it definitely touched my chest but I did have a lift off unracking it. I also didn't pause it. So, not a legit lift as far as powerlifting goes.
