The whole wheat carb balance tortillas from Mission are excellent.

They contain vegetable shortening and soy oil. No thanks.

Grill meat on Sunday and wed. Pork, chicken, beef.

Then just add a side. Can green beans, corn, or bag of quest chips..

Keep it simple.

Not a fad. Humans have eaten meat, fruit, and dairy for thousands of years. Grains as well, but I don't eat many grains.

if you can carry a small lunch bag/box thing then anything that can be put in a bowl and heated up.

i like a burrito in bowl. Some rice, beans, lean meats and i put in a separate smaller container some pico de gallo to add after heating. you could just get store bought salsa.

I used to think that until I realized they have seed oils.

Opt instead for the low carb options from Maria and Ricardo or La Banderita. Both of those are made with extra virgin olive oil.

Obviously don’t do this full-time though, that’s enough sodium to raise a whale’s blood pressure.
Sodium doesn't cause high blood pressure.

I start my day with 1,000mg of sodium right when I wake up. 16oz of salt water.

Sorry for pointing out on the fricking HEALTH/FITNESS board that something marketed as being healthy isn’t.

Your odd offense to criticism of seed oils is, well, odd. Your obsession with me, however, is flattering. Send me a pic so that I can see what I’m working with.

A can of tinned salmon/trout.

A piece of fruit.

Bagged salad.

Haha I do something similar. My coworkers think I'm nuts popping open a can of unsalted green beans. Lately its been can of tuna, can of diced tomatoes on a spinach wrap. You get 3 or 4 out of it. Ones enough to get by.

Still trying to recover from that time I ate seed oils.

What's the reason for unsalted? I also like to cook up a couple of cans of green beans...but I salt them.

I don't even heat them up Too much salt is added into a lot of other foods. Sometimes I'll drink bone broth and that stuff is loaded. I don't want high blood pressure or anything when I get older.

I once bought unsalted green beans and my wife didn’t notice. One of the worst green bean casseroles in the history of thanksgiving

I think I could do this and like it OK, although I would prefer salted and/or heated.

Salt doesn't give you high blood pressure.

Not hot, but I respect free spirit.

You’re going to accept the seed oil thing one day. I don’t know why it makes you so angry.

I'm not angry bro and maybe you're right. We'll see. At a minimum, I'll try to refrain from giving you any more shite about it.
