If you can store cold and heat it up, I do beef, chicken, salmon or turkey, along with a green(broccoli, green beans or brussel sprouts). I drizzle a little zero/low calorie sauce. Eat a piece a fruit afterwards. All this can be manipulated on your macro ratios.

Ribeye steak and mashed potatoes will leave you satisfied and full for 16 hours easy.

When I forget my lunch, I do a can of tuna on spinach with Bolthouse yogurt dressing to give it flavor.

Dessert is a Muscle Milk

All available at Wal Mart on the way to work.
