Mates I’ve recently taken to the Arnold Schwarzenegger method of training calves barefoot. I’ve had great results and feel them being worked as I’m now dipping super low on seated calf raises. Any recommendations if you see pic below? Want to get my calves even larger - any superior exercises that I should add?
My normal routine A:
Stair climbing HIIT
Read loaded squats
Leg curls
Leg extensions
Calf raises
Normal routine B:
Cuck squats
Bulgarian squats
Leg curls
Lunges
Calf raises

From my novice understanding, it's mostly for physique balance.

Girl legs
Not hating. They are better than my chicken legs.

What do you mean by the Arnold method?

So there are two ways to pretty much get calve growth
#1 extreme volume. As in work up to 1000 daily bodyweight raises a day. Calves can take a shite tone of volume. You do the in submaximal sets throughout the day known as frequency method. You start with 100 a day, add 100 to the daily count every week. You can even go for more extreme numbers if you aren't feeling extreme soreness or overworked. You can also use the doggcrapp method of using the inclined treadmill with the exgerated forward lean for a ton of volume. Now you must eat for your goals, no time for a diet queen.
#2 doggcrapp training method with the extreme stretching on each rep. Google it.

Heavy Yoke walks if you have access to a Yoke.

Got good calf growth and definition by doing calf/toe raises with the balls and toes of my feet on a raised platform about 3 inches above floor height. I'd get the contraction when up on my toes and the stretch when my heels were on the floor for a long range of motion.
I'd do sets with just body weight and then some with my Olympic bar, then add weight to the bar to finish up.
By then my calves were pretty fatigued.

Start by never wearing those shorts again.

You need to work on your squad sweep before worrying about calves.

Mate I’d be taking the piss if I didn’t suggest the P90x calf raise squats
