Started on the 1st doing 100 curls a day.

First week was with 25 pound dumbells. Monday and Thursday were concentration curls. Tuesday and Friday were hammer curls. Wednesday and Saturday were regular standing curls. Sunday was prep day for the following week doing 35 reps of each with 30 pound dumbells.

The plan is to repeat this weekly while adding 5 pounds to reach a final week of 40 pound curls ×100.

Should I expect any results from this?

Anytime you ramp up volume and lift progressively you will see results. If that is all you are doing I wouldn't expect a ton. But if it's part of a program, prolly get pretty good results.

You should expect elbow pain and maybe tendinitis and/or a strained bicep

Are you doing these throughout the day or in a single setting?

Yeah this seems like overkill OP. Biceps get a lot of indirect work with many back workouts. What’s the rest of your regime like?

I don't like the looks of having out of proportion biceps to the rest of my body, so my bicep exclusively exercises get the very minimum from me. The work they get from back exercises and chest is enough in my eyes.

Yeah, this makes my elbows ache just reading his plan.

May be better off doing Poundstone Curls if he wants to push it.

Don’t listen to these dyels probably none of them are aesthetic

Biceps and 6 pack are the only muscles that matter

this seems excessive (well...no seems about it...this is excessive) and i would not recommend you do this. just stick with a focused and balanced routine.

I'm adding it to my program at the end of the day.
