Sleep hygiene made a huge difference for me.
The biggest thing is no phones or TV in bed. Only things you should do there are sleep, read, and frick.

better sleep hygiene and try melatonin

Don’t use melatonin. The variance in brands is huge, and if you listen to Huberman, it’s not recommended because it can affect your own body’s production. Try other things like no electronics 2 hours before bed, try reading at night, cold, dark room, etc

Yes, mainly the 'gummy' variations can be way high or way low regarding the advertised dose. Using a known and trusted brand you won't have these issues.

This isn't true at all.

I heard a sleep doctor on the radio recently with decades of experience treating patients with insomnia. He’s tried numerous methods of medication‘s over the years with hit and miss results. He started suggesting something a couple of years ago and to date has over a 90% success rate.
The suggestion?
Laughter.
The affect it has on the brain close to bedtime is unmatched he said.
Stand up comedy, a funny book, a funny show, jokes, doesn’t matter. Just laugh as you’re winding down the day and enjoy the sleep.
Myself: cold room, box fan, pitch black.
Does the trick.

Slightly off topic, but is there a better app for apple watch than the regular health app for tracking sleep?
