Had a bunch to lose and a lot of excess water. No doubt that is a humongous accomplishment though.

I’ve lost and kept 45 pounds off since last year

Now I hover bt 202-206. Been a stressful weak so I haven’t been disciplined.

Still plan to be 195 or lower by my birthday in June

Wow, that's fantastic! Congrats on the progress!

Regarding the continuing changes in clothing sizes you're going to have, consider donating all clothing that's too big for you. It will free up closet space so that in itself will feel good, but it will also be a reminder about no going back.

I just donated some expensive suits that were a little loose on me as a kick in the butt to get back after it!

I've been looking at r/ketorecipes recently to get some ideas on different meals to cook for dinner since I've been stuck on meat / broccoli for a while.

I swear 75% of the recipes on there are just deserts. I understand it's a community of fat people trying to lose weight but I feel like all of these sugar-substitute sweets are counter-productive.

Here's some of my weekly staples:
- Grilled chicken / broccoli
- Baked chicken wings with hot sauce
- Pork chops with veggies
- 1 lb of andouille sausage and side salad
- Fajita chicken salad with sour cream, cheese and pico

What do y'all do for lunch when you don't have access to heating?

I’m grateful that my office has catering 3x per week. But on Tuesday / Thursday I’ll either bring a Cobb/chef salad, or leftovers since we have a microwave.

Keto options are all over.

Chicken wings
McDs sausage patties and round egg
Salads
Taco Bell will make you a bowl of whatever you want. Steak, cheese, Pico, sour cream, etc
Burrito places like Izzos it Chipotle can be tailored to keto
Lit pizza has keto cauliflower crust

Etc

I typically eat a salad at work. We have a cafeteria. If I didn’t I would either just skip it or run to Wendy’s and get a triple without bun. It’s $7 I think and it’ll definitely be enough to fill you up for the rest of the day. That or the wild salmon salad from Captain D’s is pretty good for 7 bucks too.

Those are all out to eat options. I like to bring my lunch.

And salad only is offensive in my mind.

I can eat most things cold, but it's harder on keto.

-boiled eggs with some sort of mayo-based sauce
-cold cuts + cheese and sauce
-pork rinds + a sauce or queso
-leftover cracklin
-cold hamburger patty w/cheese

idk you have to either be ok with eating cold leftovers or be okay with eating boring, bland stuff
