So I started on Sunday.
Overall it has been pretty easy. After 4 days I’m avg 4% net carb 72% fat 24% protein.
Only thing that has me worried is the carb manager app has me down for 2296 calories per day. Where as my avg for the last 4 days has been around 1450 per day and I’m not hungry at all. I don’t want to needlessly eat more to reach the recommended.

That happened to me. I was very obese. Force yourself to eat breakfast or eat meals that are high in calories. I ended up in a stall with nowhere to cut. It sucks but make yourself eat it try high cal keto recipes. Stay away from ones made by/for women.
Make a breakfast casserole and eat it everyday for breakfast with sour cream on top.

I guess what I’m not understanding is, if I’m not hungry, why do I need to eat more to get to the arbitrary calorie number?
If I’m good throughout the day around 1400-1500 cals why do I need to eat more?

I would ride it as long as you are losing weight. If you hit a stall, readjust later.

I've followed advice of others who said don't eat if you're not hungry...I've lost 70 pounds in 8 weeks...having said that, I have no idea if it ts good long term or not or like coach said, if you hit a stall you really have nothing to cut down

I haven't made any ketoaid yet and I have a pounding headache this evening after a workout where I sweat a bunch... Guessing I need salts. Can pickle juice help until I get the ingredients for ketoaid?

You need sodium. So whatever has sodium in it will be good. Day 4 is always the worst for me and then it goes away slowly the next few days. Different for everyone.

Woke up with a pounding head again. Gathered what I needed to make ketoaid.. made some, mixed it with lemon juice & stevia. Not bad, if I had lime juice it'd taste just like lemon-lime gatorade.

Exactly what the OP posted in a 2L container. Poured some in a shaker bottle, added lemon juice and stevia to my bottle.
