I’m getting a bit frustrated. I was super strict the past month. Dropped 7 pounds and stalled the last 10 days. In fact gained 2 pounds today. Idk what’s going on exactly. I’m drinking ACV in the morning for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Coffee/swerve in afternoon. Dinner has been meat and broccoli/cauliflower rice/green beans. Maybe a fat bomb afterwards.

I’m peeing DARK purple on ketostix daily. Worked out 3 times this week. Nothing...

Keep at it. You'll gain and lose week to week. Month to month is a better judge. Could be that you put on some muscle...too much to really know but keep trucking.

Being in ketosis, however deep, doesn't equate to fat loss. You could be eating too many calories still. Although it doesn't really sound like it based upon what you're saying. Depends. I think Junky is right.. just stay patient. Maybe throw in a 24-hr fast to get things moving.

Any of you guys using salt pills in lieu of ketoade? I'm crossfitting 3-4x per week and going for 45min walks every day. Headaches are constant and my workouts feel like arse. Need more electrolytes. I'm drinking about a quart of ketoade a day, guess I could up that too.

ETA

I'm sore as all hell too

Cheat meal, not cheat day, Sunday since it was my birthday. Had 3 pieces of Sweep the Swamp from Johnny's. Just checked and STILL not in ketosis per stix. No breakfast all week, salad around 3pm, piece of meat around 6pm every day this week. At least my wife will understand why I refuse to eat whatever she cooked the kids from now on. It's crazy how one meal can stall you for so long.

Hopefully I'll be back to losing by the weekend.

Friends and family don't seem to understand this part. They will say "c'mon you have just one to try it" of whatever carby they are eating. Nah man, it's really not worth it.

Ate a piece of pie that my grandmother basically shoved down my throat Sunday around 2. I haven’t eaten since 10pm Sunday. Just checked, zero ketones in urine. Doing a 72 hour fast. It’s really not that bad so far.
