Like the push that comes from beta alanine, just don't want heart to blow out of chest mid workout. No idea what harmful ingredients to watch out for.
Thoughts pls.

I get nutricost beta alanine to mix in my morning protein shake along with my creatine. If I stick to the 3 mg dose it doesn’t make me race, just a bit of tingles. A couple of cups of coffee with that and I’m stimied up pretty good.

2nd vote for coffee....black coffee
but another experiment I've yet to try is to buy individual powders from bulk supplements and put together a homebrew recipe that is just to my liking. My ingredients, my ratios, nothing I don't want. I've got plans to do that for a sleep supplement too, just haven't done it yet.

I just did this recently. Little tip, get the little baby formula containers so you can pour up a decent amount.
Eta: what ingredients would y'all say are the most important?

Not sure what we are defining as old but I like the Bucked Up products. They have half off sales a few times a year and I stock up. I haven’t blown out my heart. Yet.

Transparent Labs - Bulk
You could start here, and if you feel like you want more, try their "Bulk Black."
They claim to have clean ingredients. I don't know about that, but it's probably the cleanest I've found.

All are good. Gummies are less effective at delivering the drug to you, but powders are all good. I personally like creatine hcl.
