Seems like every time we do squats, it's a different number of reps, number of sets, or there is some wrinkle. I get that this is probably good, but it makes it hard for me to remember what I have done in the past. I should probably keep a notebook. OTOH, I ended on a weight that was absolutely AHAP. I think one more ounce would have caused failure.

I highly recommend the Beyond the Whiteboard app for tracking workouts.

5 rounds for time

12 Deadlift (155/105)
9 Hang P. Clean (155/105)
6 Push Jerk (155/105)
That is a workout that I rx everytime, and everytime I think....why? As wacky as it sounds, the DL is the absolute worst for me.

I use myWOD

I just wish I could enter the workouts with screenshot or something and not have to enter all my WODs

WOD
10 rft, relay with a partner

6xDB power snatch
6xDB power clean
6xDB thruster
6xDB front rack lunge

I used 35lb. Thrusters killed my shoulders, I was hitting failure at the end. Weak arse shoulders.

Done in 12:17

That wod was a sneaky shoulder killer...
Hit 5 x 500 Meter row sprints tonight 100% effort with 5 min rest between. Sucked way more than I thought it would. By The end of the 3rd row I was regretting it lol

We finished at 14:50 Rx.

My partner is new to CF and was struggling with the Thrusters and his rounds were slow.

No I meant it just looks like it would be. That’s a lot of shoulder work.

I was a box member for 3 years but I’m a garage guy now.

My wife went light so she was slamming through the WOD. She kept our time low, because I was struggling in the thrusters and lunges . But it also meant I could barely catch my breath before it was my turn again

Today:

3 rounds

400m run
21 over head squats 125#
12 bar facing burpees

Last set of overhead squats I fell straight back on like rep 14 killed my time a bit but finished just around 16 min

Did some wall balls after

And then a few rounds of 30 second hand stands on the wall 30 seconds of rest

What are you saying wow for? Anyone can get that certification. It does nothing to show you have knowledge about what you are teaching.

One of the reasons why I quit crossfit.

I played college football, and if I know anything, it's how to squat. While I'm doing sets of 5 with 405 and bottoming out(it was our "heavy" day), the "coach" says my feet aren't wide enough. I just said alright.

Fwiw, Gayle Hatch taught me how to squat.

Not everyone’s feet placement on squats is the same.

My feet placement is wider than most and I sometimes fight going too wide on snatches and cleans.

Yeah, your feet placement is dictated by where your femur rests into the hip socket.
