Doing 531 BBS on Bench (Monday) and OHP (Thursday)

Plain 531 on Squats (Tuesday) and Deads (Friday).

Taking it easy on legs, kids have me doing a couch to 5K, I have not ran since last Summer

I am removing my light warmup cardio before workouts for 5K crap, done in about 45 minutes.

I’m running Krypteia, started last week. Should get me almost to Squatober but I may have a couple weeks I need to kill between the end of one and beginning of the other. Trying to run 2-3x per week as well for 3-4 miles.

I'm looking for something to set up training for elk season. Rucking, running, and some strongman elements like odd object carries.

Any suggestions?

Sphinx programming through Soflete.

Focusing on increasing 3 rep max on the big lifts while increasing 10k run time.

I’ll be starting PPSA Dr. Jacked 1 & 2. I like 5 day a week programs. I’ll be throwing in some running 2-3 days a week.

Last week I joined a work buddy of mine in doing the Kris Gethin's 12 week muscle building trainer. Today was day 31 in the training routine (I didn't start it with him until around day 24). I'm only doing it to break up my "bro split" routine. I was becoming to complacent with it, and had been wanting to switch things up, but hadn't had time to do the research on what I wanted to switch to. Its been fun so far challenging myself, and changing from my regular routine to shake things up. I think, once this is over, I will look into other programs that span 12 weeks or so, just so I don't fall back into that "bro split" I got so comfortable doing.

In addition to the 12 week trainer, I've added more workouts on top of it in order to hit each muscle group more than once a week. I typically work out during lunch, but the last couple days I've gone at lunch and again in the evening. I'll look ahead a couple days and make sure my workout in the evening doesn't clash with the program workouts the next couple days.

I’m prepping for two strongman comps. I’m running my own style of a conjugate program.

One month left on Athleanx "Old School Iron". Will probably start over once I finish, I've enjoyed it for the most part.

Eat the house, then eat the neighbor's house

Full disclosure - it's a 4 day/week program that I'm running 3 days/week. On my off days I'm doing an hour of easy cardio (gasp)

LSU that’s the plan. I’ve run through 5-6 of their programs. I enjoy them. I’ll throw in some of Ryan Fischer’s HIBB stuff. Mainly things that include the assault bike!

I’ll probably finish my cut this week or next. Thinking about running a Renaissance Periodization template all the way through. I’ve been lifting near my PRs for a while and am ready for a little higher reps with less intensity. Also looking forward to a little more body part frequency

I've cherry picked some of the HIIB workouts before on weekend mornings - they are super fun and hard as hell. Ain't no way I'm doing the whole program though! I'd be found dead in my garage.
