Technically im not even sure how we as the audience can even be sure we were still following the same original Jason other than just accepting that that was the shows intention
i think that's true with the show only viewers but as a book reader you stay with his POV the whole time so you know it's him

It’s really easy. I did mine in less than 5 minutes. Majority of the time is spent taking the covers on and off.
second this, just did this a few weeks ago. as long as you buy the right one the worst part of the whole thing is popping off the cover

Wouldn’t there also be infinite Amanda’s and Jason 1s? Why did they all arrive at the same time?
keep in mind until recently the box was surrounded by concrete so they are just now starting to filter in. for example the jason at the bar with original jason got there a day before.

i dont love it but i think it's fine if somebody helps another person win their challenge. there's strategy/social play that can be a factor there. having said that, i do think its complete bs to look at somebody else's puzzle to help yourself complete your own. thats just blatant cheating.

the founder was just on Rogan recently so if you give that a listen you'll get a little more info on what they are and what they do

Thinking about lifting heavy the first day then going lighter volume work on the second day.
Thoughts?
If you are truly lifting heavy on day 1 it wouldn't be ideal to hit that muscle group immediately again without allowing some recovery.

I've taken it for about two months now after hearing him and Layne Norton talking about it. I do feel like it has helped some but I wouldn't say it's a game changer.

I wanted to start the Silo books since I'm sure it will be a while before the next season comes out but I saw that there are 9 books and not sure I can devote the time to read them.
It's really only 3 stories and they are very quick reads. When I heard about Silo and found out it was a book series I wanted to read it first. I started the day after the premier episodes and knocked them all out in about 3 weeks. Very good series.

Thinking about adding some yoga to my program to help with flexibility and strength. Have any of you done DDP Yoga or ManFlow Yoga? Those two seem to be focused on the movement and geared toward the male mindset. Any others that are good?
Better to invest in a program like one of those or just find some videos on YouTube and go?
so this has been something i've been thinking about for a long time and after poking around a bit i decided to give Man Flow Yoga a go after seeing you mention it. I really like how everything is set up. I'm mainly interested in it for the mobility and recovery work and he has a lot of dedicated sessions to specific types of workouts you are doing along with a variety of full programs as well. starting to get to that age where i need to be more mindful of every aspect instead of just grippin and rippin at the gym.
i just have an underarmour backpack and it works well for me, i only have a belt, some straps and bands that i bring with me to the gym.
the research is only cold plunge, cold showers don't have the same effect in regards to after a workout.

i've been using AG for about half a year now or so. it's tough to quantify but there have definitely been a lot of colds and illnesses of that nature go through our house that haven't touched me or the ones that do my symptoms have been much less severe than others. anecdotal evidence but it seems to be working well for me. it is expensive for what it is though so i understand people being on the fence.

just finished up retesting my maxes and ready to start up Silverback on Saturday. I downloaded all the pdf's when they were out there too but still purchased it as well. Like you guys I feel it's important to support guys like this.
I've been lifting for a while so I'll report my thoughts on the program as it goes. One thing I'm definitely interested in seeing is how my Sumo Deadlifts progress. I've always been a conventional guy so when preparing for the program I had to start working on that movement.

Sounds like a solid plan to me, I like the look of silverback. I’ve got two more weeks of my current program and then I’ll do a deload and retest the maxes before jumping in.
Thanks for the advice.
Thanks for the advice.
They kind of all do lol. I think I’d like my next focus to be a little more pulling/back focused. Put some work in on the v-taper
any recommendations on which one of these programs to try out?
for reference ive been pretty seriously lifting for a long time now. my last few programs have been Nippard's powerbuilding programs. i ran the original two consecutive cycles and finishing up 2.0 in two weeks so im looking to try something new and some of these have me intrigued. both were the 5-6 day versions but i could make anything work.
