I think Andy Bernard had a fix for this.

Edit: You know what? I was wrong. My bad.

Going to give these a try. I’ve had tons of issues with chaffing this summer. Found them on Sierra trading post for $7.

I just put band aids or tape over my nipples and I'm good.

I use Patagonia Lightweight Capilene shirts...and use Body Glide on hot spots if it is long run...

I have some Nike soccer training shirts I’ve been using...either that or a jersey. Have a Patagonia shirt coming in tomorrow that I’m pumped to try. Think they are still having their big sale right now, worth checking out.

Skora has quickly become a favorite brand.

Bought my first pair of 5” inseam shorts today.

I have a couple of north face “dry fit” shirts that I’ve run some long ones in and have left my nips unmolested.

That’s a good deal. You can find them there cheap and also TJ Maxx (same parent company) and also Ross if you dare. I don’t pay full price for any running shite. Ever.

I’ve actually gotten some of my best deals at Ross. It’s a mess with trashy clientele most of the time, but if you’re willing to dig you can find some good stuff. I’ve gotten $90 soccer jersey for $45, an $80 Nike soccer training shirt for $40, $175 golf cleats for $25, and I’ve seen plenty other good quality items just not in my size.

I thought this was just a bit in The Office. People really get upper body chaffing while running?

Run 10 miles in a cotton tee and tell me if you got any nipples left after, baw.

Chaffing or not, that sounds like a horrible idea.

when you sweat as much as I do, it doesn't matter the material

I have to wear nip guards if its anything over 5 miles

especially if its in the winter

45-60 mins runs, no shirt now but have to get ready for the cooler weather.

Def need a couple shirts. May get some body glide just in case. Band-Aids sometimes fall off, pull hair so shave, etc pita.

I can't fathom running with a shirt right now. It's probably been since April that I went for a run with a shirt, and it'll probably be October before I have to do it again.
