I’ve run without a shirt a few times this summer and my wife told me no man over 40 should run without a shirt. I’m about to just say to hell with her

I’m 42 and I don’t care what other people think. I’m running without a shirt until the weather dictates that I need to run with a shirt.
I’m also in better shape now than I was at 22, so I will gladly run shirtless.

I never know when the nip chafe is going to strike. I can run a marathon and they're fine. Then under similar conditions run a few miles and it's Andy Bernard. My Brooks tank top looks kind gay but I've never had issues.

Out of the one's I have Under Armor Heat Gear is my favorite. Soaks up all sweat. Feels great.
I run with New Balance shorts or Nike shorts. Lately I just use Columbia PFG shorts.

Try Chamois Butt’r Anti-Chafe Cream...cyclist use it on their taint.. works wonders so I’d imagine it would work for your nips.

Did my first run in my Patagonia Capilene Light weight shirt...highly highly recommend
