Did my pre-vacation InBody scan this morning, tried uploading to imgbb but kept failing.

Results from 8/13 to 10/8:

Weight 273 down to 266
SMM 124.3 up to 132.5
PBF 20.7 down to 14.1

Taking this with a grain of salt but it is on the money with high amount of fat around my waist.

Hey guys, Its time for me to check in.

Ive been living like a hedonistic slob for the past several months or maybe a year Im up 12lbs from my lowest at 213. Its time to clamp down.

225/225/210 Its not a huge goal and honestly I should shoot for 200, but lets see how it goes.

I start running again today. Hopefully, my back doesnt hurt.

Surgery went well, about best news could have gotten, no tears and cyst are not cancerous. Removed 3 total, 2 the size of a grape. 1 bigger.

I’m able to walk but weight bearing very limited as expected just hours after the surgery but should be walking this weekend which is great

I made it to 215 before my elk hunt. Performed much better being 40 pounds lighter. Didn’t kill one, but my physical abilities had nothing to do with my inability to get in bow range of a bull.

I now want to be 185 next September, I am running a half marathon in January and im
Shooting to be under 200 for that.

I have to have a crazy extensive physical for my job every year, my resting heart rate is down around 20 BPM, blood pressure is down 15 or so on top and bottom number, and I scored excellent in all the fitness categories they have, the 40 pounds has really given me a whole new confidence and outlook on my own health.

Now 255/234/195 Eating 2200 calories now. Still focused on losing it slow, 1lb per week. I drew a nice elk tag so I want to be 215 by September that’s kind of my short term goal. Still lifting 4 x week and running 20 ish miles per week. quote:I’m in this 255/241/195 Started at the beginning of January focused on losing it slowly, one pound per week. Ive lost 60 pounds multiple times in my life with several different diets. I’m trying to change my relationship with food this go around. Trying to be in better shape for backpack hunts, for longevity, for my kids, and I want to complete the Maximus 7 fitness standards. I’m lifting 4 days per week, running 20 Ish miles per week. Eating 2300 calories 207 protein/ 178 carb/ 84 fat Weighing everything, eating the same prepped meals 6 days per week. One day per week, i don’t eat prepped meals. I generally miss my macros by 10% or on that day but stay under calories. That’s my “cheat” day.

8-8-2023, (262/256/230)

Currently hovering around 215, fluctuating between 214-217.
Had to switch pants/shorts waist sizes to a 34.
Some pants I took out of my closet 3 years ago because they were too tight, I put back in 8-10 months ago because they were fitting, and I am now taking them back out because they are too BIG!!!
New shirts are now having to be L, from previously even some XL were a little tight to now they are all very big. Wife said I looked like a kid trying on their dad's clothes lol
