I weighed in at 215 this morning. Time to get under 200. I’m going to be giving up alcohol and eating carnivore during Lent. Getting back to my clean weeks and a little cheat on weekends until then. That seemed to work well so far.

Man, have I been bad when I think about it.
Stopped working out completely in the fall after getting a bad sinus infection. Eating like absolute shite.
Sometimes several large cookies a day or something equivalent. Pizza about once/week, Cane's or Checkers about every two weeks, you name it!
Was feeling really good around 175 in early fall while working out 4x/week, but have legitamitely put on 10 lbs since.
I've cut alcohol completely since 1/4 and I've reduced sweets to one piece of chocolate per day.
Fasting is going strong from about 6:30 PM to 11:00 AM.
Start working out again tonight.
Let's do this!

I have officially survived and progressed through the holidays. For christmas I got myself an under the desk walking pad/treadmill thing. It got here Saturday and I've been walking on it since Monday when I started back to work for the week. I've hit 18k, 9k and (as of currently) 12k steps so far since having this thing. It's going to be a game changer.
I did go a little hard on day one, and my hip flexors are feeling it, thus the dialing it back on day two but that's fine. I've just been setting the speed to anywhere from .8 - 1.2 and going about my work. When I feel like it, I'll bump it up to around 3 for 30 minutes or so and then take a break for a few hours and get back at it in the afternoon.

Well boys and girls...looks like im gonna end the week under 200 again and should be under 35.5 @ naval. Looking at 13 weeks until we leave for maui so getting serious about things and going psmf but not doing the 800 cals lyle says on his calc.
going to try and do 1200 cals and 200g minimum. im ok with even somedays going to 1400-1500. but keeping protein kind of dumb high.
trying for no break until march 1 and starting sunday.

will be hitting EC stack pretty hard on this.

Started 8/8/23 at 262. Now at 237, so 25lbs down.
I haven't worked out or exercised but a handful of times since Thanksgiving. Diet was still good though. Diet is still good & consistent now, with the exceptions of these damn king cakes lol. But wife bought another one this week, I immediately cut it in half and brought the other half to work the next to day to let everybody dig in instead of having it at my house for me to eat lol
Super pumped to not only maintain but actually even still lose a few pounds with so little workouts in 2 months. Time to quit messing around though and get back on it. 230 is still my goal

essentially im having 1 fairlife shake, 2 isopure shakes, 12oz grilled chicken breast with 15ml of tabacso sweet & spicy asain chili sauce and 12oz of 93/7 ground beef drained and rinsed
will get 10k+ steps and hit w2d2 of ppsa filling out the hoodie
gonna try and weigh and take a picture daily. hopefully at the end i can put together a before and after.
goal is to get to 180 in 12 weeks

I have a Costa Rica trip in about 12 weeks and likely doing same as you described but not be a girl at 180lbs.

180lbs prolly puts me at 12% bodyfat and pretty damn shredded
after the maui trip, i have about 14 more weeks to next beach trip and im tryign to get to below 8% bodyfat by then.

weighed in at 198.2 this morning. today is rest day so will end up at 1045 calories, 185g protein, roughly 71%. yesterday was 74%. goal is 70% or above.

My target caloric range right now is 1450-1550
I've set up some pivot tables to track my daily average per week and trying to keep it just under 1500 on average. Averages for my prior 3 weeks were right about 1670 so I'll have to make some small cuts in portion sizes.
