So pretty much everything from RP is in there but its the one folder I have not organized yet. I will eventually but you will have to go through and see which you need.

I'm trying to keep my head above water with a baby. Starting to get the hang of it.. I think.

Planning to go RP grocery shopping tomorrow so I can meal prep this weekend and start Tuesday.

So on a totally anecdotal cholesterol panel I performed. Last year I really didn't change much on my diet, a mostly 99% carnivore with coffee and alcohol (wine/spirits) diet. I mention the alcohol and coffee as that tends to raise TG levels a bit.

I performed Dave Feldman's Cholesterol experiment of 3 days prior to blood drawn, eat a high calorie, LCHF diet. I ate carnivore, struggled to hit 3,000 calories eating three times a day.

.............2017.....2018
Total ......222......234
HDL..........45.......62
LDL.........159.6....156.2
Non-HDL.177......172
TG.............87.....79

Overall, I am happy to see HDL go up as much as it did. My draw in 2017 was on my normal amount of eating. The TGs may have gone down even more if I gave up coffee and alcohol. My past HDL #'s were 45, 47, and 45 again before hitting 62 this yr. While TG's went from 42, 73, 87, 79 ***42 was when I wasn't drinking any alcohol for 6-7 months. Maybe on the next run I'll drop alcohol for longer - as this year's run I only dropped alcohol for 3 days. Having beers with football is too natural

I haven't tracked my intake in a couple months. Lost about 10 lbs in that span.

Going to start tracking this week again.

Also, lsu777,

Can we put Dave Feldman's Cholesterolcode.com on the OP? I thought we had it up there but it is not.

His latest presentation at LCHouston is worth the time.

Progress bump.

Down to 211. Four pounds lighter than my last update. I haven’t been losing as much as I should have, but progress is progress. Tailgating season was tough to resist. But I did cut back on the drinking. But I did not cut back on Saturday boudin. Either way, I hope everyone else is still making progress.

Ain’t been lifting as much. Getting back to it now. Just need to nut up and get in there at 5am. Got greyskull loaded up again. Going to be doing core work/mobility on off days or basketball/hiking.

Still around 212. Feeling great. Would like to see what I’ll look like at 205. Haven’t been binging. It’s nice.

I'm on week 2 of RP. Still on base, probably will needed to switch to the next phase next week. My workouts are feeling great, but the scale isn't really moving so far.

Yay! Glad to hear

I’m back on the keto train. My weight has been relatively stable, but I have more to lose. I’m getting married probably in January, and don’t want to look like crap, even if we’re eloping.

I’d have nobody there if it were legal to get married without two witnesses. You can be one of them.
