PPSA program recommendation

Looking for a full body program concentrating on the big lifts/muscle groups.
Looking for a 4 day program that can be completed in an hour, so not really looking for something with crazy high volume or break times between sets.
I’m in fairly good shape and have been lifting most of my life but just have recently just been doing a standard chest/tricep/shoulder, back/biceps/traps, legs/core type schedule and need something to reset and mix it up.
Just going for overall strength and hypertrophy.

Thanks for the recommendations, I’ll take a look at each and pick.
Would any of these translate well for a female that my wife could also do?

all do....but if you want one focused more on that and you could do together....
house of the rising buns
that and lets get peachy are the more female oriented programs. house of the rising buns is more supersets though so will get done in time frame.
another you could throw into mix is arm farm.

Don’t be fooled, Let’s Get Peachy will kick your arse. And around 80 minutes average I’d say.

I’m thinking strongville since it was mentioned multiple times and then she can pick one more specifically geared to her goals after we’ve done this one together.

I think Silverback Remastered is Strongville but with less volume. I think I'd choose that for an overall strength/balanced program. I don't think you could get through Strongville in an hour on days with 2 stairways.
If you're looking for the PPSA experience to mix your workout up, I'd say Arm Farm and Pool Season both have some fun/weird splits and are mostly supersetted and I think largely doable in an hour.

agree
strongville is my favorite one and i still wouldnt say thats the way to go. gonna be stupid hard to get done in an hour
if you like the look of strongville than silverback would be better
less volume and more intensity.
ill be honest, you cant really go wrong with any of them.

I just finished Strongville and while it's a great program, it was difficult and almost all of my workouts were over an hour. I would probably recommend Silverback also. It is well balanced and not super long.

I am doing Oak Tree Remastered but running it 3 days a week. You can run it 4 days a week. I do not do the cardio lifts and am out in right about to under an hour each day.

Pool Season II is 4 days a week and my favorite of the few I've done. Usually done in an hour

Highly recommend Grasshopper first then move to another program.
Grasshopper is 4 weeks of 3 days a week and then 4 weeks of 4 days a week. Most workouts were an hour. Big lifts focused. Also a great way to get yourself in shape and prepared for future PPSA programs.
When baseball mercifully ends I plan to restart myself with this one to get ready for Squatober

I’m fine with 4 but might be a good idea to start with grasshopper for my wife if it starts off with 3 days.

Looking at the sample pictures on the programs now, does he give instructions on how to calculate these percentages he’s telling you to lift?
