I’ve got one more workout of PS2 and then going to punish myself by running stacked jacked and turning heads starting next week

I''m starting Arm Farm this evening. I'm considering adding in some leg work or doing some leg work on a rest day though; 4-5 sets of squats a week doesn't seem like enough :/

Just finished up day 3 of The Mullet and enjoying it. The deads haven’t been bad, actually liking them. Routines haven’t been anything to demanding, maybe just because it’s the first week. I think I chose a good one to start out with

I think for week 2 I might swap rfess and goblets for the first 2 supersets instead of arms.

I forgot how fun and awesome arm farm was. Day 1 was 60 mins of pure badassery.

D2 down: squats felt awesome; still don’t like Tate press so I subbed in skullcrushers with 2 dbs. The triple supersets always kick my arse bad.

I did Day 4 today. Those farmers carries right after a heavy deadlift can go to hell. My grip was screaming. I had to drop the weight for the second set.

Arm farm w1d3 done. Shoulders are super pumped after bench/OHP/lat raises and weighted dips and heavy shrugs has me walking around the house feeling all badass. There are so many sets of curls on d1 and d3 it’s amazing. I still think this is the most fun PPSA program.

Decided to jump into Arm Farm with y’all

W1D1 done, shoulders were on fire during the triple SS.

Some of the high reps on curls humbled me, had to drop weight for a few

I took a month off with my body being pretty beat up and now I'm "hopping" on grasshopper for the next 8 weeks. three days a week for a month then back to the 4 days a week, I'll probably try a workout I haven't tried once I'm done this.

W1D4 done; deadlifts to farmers walks felt heavy for it being the first week. We went hard on everything and I did close grip push-ups with a 45lb plate on the back. Pretty tired now haha

Hoodie 2 W2D2 done this morning. I’m really liking this programming - great balance between emphasizing upper body with accessory lifts and bench 2X/week but still deadlifting and squatting every week. Seems to be really nice for maintaining lower body strength while pushing the upper body.

I’m glad I wasn’t alone. It’s the first time I’ve thought I need to get some straps.

I still can't grab a barbell with the chunk of my thumb missing. Been really trying to fight off an infection from setting in

I like this guy on TikTok that is a Mike Mentzer devotee and he’s got a pretty cool looking variation of the Tate press using a kettlebell. I’m gonna give it a try next time.
