So tell me what yall think about this plan for last half of year. Im prolly not doing squatober, 5 days a week is just too much for me to commit to.

Aug- hypertrophy remastered
Sept- mullet 1
oct- mullet 2
Nov- Strongville
Dec- meat wagon remastered
Jan- Periodic table of thickness

from there start 16-20 week cut using some of the ppsa plans that wont kill me while doing that

anything im missing that is going to screw this up?

filling out the hoodie is more for spring imo

elbow meat usually causes me problem when i try and run it. ive tried twice and ended up not being ready for it.

I think it looks good, meat wagon looks great, would be a good one to turn into a meat fridge lol.

Are your goals mostly full body development right now? Not specific arm or upper body focus?

That Mullet1/2/strongville/meat wagon stretch looks like it's roughly 100x more deadlifting/farmers walk focused workouts than I would feel like doing :D

I'm thinking I may run Benchamin Franklin2 as an every other day 7 week program Aug-Sept, Squatober in October, and Filling out the hoodie 1 and 2 in Nov/Dec.

Gotcha, those definitely look good then Imo.

Similarly, I’m planning my next several months and really want to bring up my torso and shoulders. I’m running Arm Farm rn on mini cut and then I’m thinking:
Elbow meat
FOTH2
FOTH2
BF2 ran 4 days a week
Either Stacked Jacked or Periodic Table, but open to suggestions. Again with torso and shoulders in mind.

What exercise could I sub for DB pull overs? I have powerblock DBs and I can’t grip them right for pull overs

weighted Pull-ups or chin-ups or lat pulldowns I think

//speaking of which, I did weighted chins and weighted close grip push ups with a plate added for W2D2 today and felt like an animal after. I think I need to be aggressively adding weight to these exercises

I have powerblocks and do pullovers with them. I turn one upside down then grab the thicker bars on the underside. I’m holding the bottom middle of the DB instead of one bell like with normal DB pullovers but it works fine.

Did you put the plate on yourself? I’ve been wanting to do weighted but not sure if the logistics. I’ve been adding reps instead but I need to do weighted.

I use 20lb weight vest but still do AMRAP for the close grip pushups

Just wrapped up Benchamin Franklin and really loved it! Felt like I got strong as hell

Would y’all recommend going right into BF2 or should I do a different program this month and give the body a break from such a bench heavy program?

TIA!

Leaning towards filling up the hoodie, seems like it’d be a heavier back / pull program so good change from BF unless folks strongly think I should do BF2
