Does anyone have a good routine that will help correct posture? I lift and do cardio every day but I also sit at a desk/stand at desk all the time. I know my posture leaves a lot to be desired, and my poor posture affects my lifting progress. Any recs for an app or other online routine to follow?

Try yoga. Poses like camel, cobra, and half pigeon should help stretch the hip flexors and counter sitting all day. Hitting the back and scapula retractor muscles will help prevent a hunched shoulder posture. A lot of people love bench press and pecs and neglect the back of the shoulders resulting in a hunched posture. Good luck.

This worked for me:

Strengthen scap, rhomboids, lower traps, rear delts, hamstrings, glute, and hip flexors.

Stretch pecs and lats.

Be conscious about stacking your rib cage.

I stand at a desk all day as well. Band pull aparts every workout is what I do. Feels like it helps. I just do 10 between every push exercise. I don't track them but probably 70-100 reps.

Look on YouTube for Mari Winsor’s basic 20 minute Pilates routine. If you’ve never done Pilates do her training routine until you can actually do it. It’s also on YouTube. It will clear anything like that up.

This was me 10yrs ago; Crossover Symmetry was a big game changer for me. You can certainly replicate their system with cheaper bands, but I love their stuff and make it my primary upper body warmup even today on PPSA

I have a pretty lightweight cloth band that I’m hitting all the time too. I love them before/during bench and press as a warmup/stretch, but they are also awesome after lat raises as an addon for shoulder pumps.

I wish there was something like that for hips haha. I find 90/90 stretches where you also move lean back and raise your front feet to hit the other parts of hips can stretch me out decently, but I don’t do those all workout lol.

Definitely pull-ups as well as other things mentioned. And core.
