Wrist support: My brand of cotton, friction-style wraps
Knee support: My brand of neoprene sleeves, either 7mm or 5mm depending on the day/workout.
Belts: Generic lever belt or 2pood Velcro belt
Pull-up grips: My brand
Lifting straps: My brand (neoprene wrist padded)
Shoes; Reebok Sprint TR, Speeds of Nano 7s

I only got them because 6pm had them for $70 a few months back. They're back up to $130 now.

shirts and shorts are whatever. mostly under armour because they're on sale at marshall's and academy a lot.

stuff i actually take pride in:


For lifting Microsoft Band 2. Ugliest design ever, but you can preload lifting workouts on here and click through them.




for running/biking garmin forerunner 230



and i'm a shoe whore:

lifting, HIIT and maybe a little running i use reeboks astrorides. been impressed with their resurgence with Crossfit. the cushion is amazing.




for straight running, i'm usually an asics guy but i'm trying a pair of saucony mauraders 2 i got last week. they seem to be correcting a pronate problem i don't have, so they're a little weird in the arches right now.




for trail running i'm on some new balance lonokes.

I run in Altras and they came out with some HIIT XT for cross training. Can't wait to check them out.

I'm 6'3 and it's short in arms and body length. I have a long torso though
