GLP-1’s are the rage in weight loss, I’ve heard as many as 40 million people take them.
I was on Zepbound, it took two years while working out daily but I lost 80 lbs and feel great.

Ok, that's the company I read a few pages back about quality being great but quantity being very suspect, such as significant % more drug in the vial than labeled.
How dp you deal with that uncertainty from a dosing perspective? It makes me wonder if a lot of the nightmare complication stories that have scared me away in the past are just because someone was doing everything right, but the vial had 9 extra mg of drug in it so when reconstituted the person was dosing 20% more than they measured into the syringe

I have a guy at the company who responds quickly to any questions I have, I sent him my prescription (from my Dr) and he instructed me on how to administer the medication from them.

I understand the confusion; I felt the same way the first time I set this up!
To keep things simple, let’s start you at a weekly dose of 3.5mg and we can adjust from there. For your first dose, please draw the solution to just above the 50-unit mark on the syringe.

I think Nexaph is the company that you are talking about Lioncore is the company who is my neighbor. No issues with quality or quantity and he sends BAC water and 2-3 needles with every order.
Also weight loss update. I have finished my tesamorelin cycle. I am currently still on GHK-Cu and Retatrutide. Down 24 lbs as of this morning. Been working on building muscle so not much weight loss in the last few weeks but I can wear some of the clothes I set aside that I thought I might never be able to wear again

Strictly from tesa? i.e. not stacking with reta or tirz? been looking for some gray market but hard to find and domestic prices are sky high.

I hate to tell you, but it’s all manufactured in china. You can buy from US but it’s still made in china.

Glad we’re buying from Switzerland where it’s manufactured. Not “all” of it is made there. But I get your point, about 96% of it comes from China.

Yea, I have that, but I can’t just give that out to just anyone. I give that to large accounts that order 100+ vials in bulk a month. All I can give to individuals is the COA and FDA licensing.

Just fyi, the APIs (raw materials) for every single peptide come from China. China is the best at manufacturing it, they're the most cost effective at manufacturing it, and they are able to distribute at scale.
Your company is compounding it in Switzerland. Packaging, testing, sterility analysis, QC, etc. But make no mistake, the actual raw pharma ingredients are being made in China.
Novo Nordisk has semaglutide for Ozempic made in China and then they compound it in Denmark. If they're doing it that way, everyone else is doing it similarly. Especially gray market sources

This is a very real and very common issue. It's why it's important to have a system in place. When I get a batch in to sell, I weigh all the vials at the start and log the weights. Then I will cut one of the vials open, remove the product, and get a vial-only weight. Then I will subtract that from all the original weights to get a rough per-vial product weight. Gotta trash a vial in each batch to do this, but at least it gives some peace of mind when selling to people. My supplier has always come within 1mg of stated dosage
