I was looking at Hyper Trophy sample workout, and it had a front squat to bent over BB Row superset. That sounds miserable if you only have one barbell. I might get an Olympic ezcurl bar and do rows with that?

Day 2 of arm farm was tough with the humidity today. Going to be dreaming of those days when it was 40 or so degrees in the garage.

Question: Is the cardio portion intended to be done at the end of the workout or at a different part of the day. And does it matter? The goal is still to get all the reps I assume.

Ahh I use metal plates in a basement gym (so rows/deads start on a deadlift pad). It didn't occur to me most people would just lift with bumpers and then drop the last squat rep to do rows. I guess I could also just be a man and zercher front squats from the floor.

Just finished Pool Season 1. Big fan of that program. First one of his that I’ve done outside of Squatober. Planning to run PS2 then cycle back through them both one more time before deciding what to do next

Nice. I believe I’m going to do Pool Season 1 once I’m done Arm Farm.

Doing filling out the hoodie 1 this month. Definitely seeing growth in the chest and arms. Just enough squats to keep you from losing the legs.

I want to try pool season. I’m thinking I might do that one come July. Studying for the PE exam in June and going to tone down the time in the gym to just a 30 minutes bare bones workout for the next couple months.

Nice, will be interested to hear a review on that. That’s a program I am eyeing for this fall after Squatober

Will do. I made a deal with myself that I can buy one of the new or remastered programs only after Ive done the original.

So at some point I’ll run filling out the hoodie 2.

Filling out the hoodie may be my favorite.

Just started Dr. Jacked today. I’ll be adding some cardio afterwards 3-4 days a week.

So I'm doing the grasshopper and front squats are new to me. Based off the first sets I did last night its damn awkward. I have to drop the weight a lot, and it hurts the hell out of my wrists unless I bring them really close together. Any tips or alternate exercise you can suggest would be appreciated?

personally i think filling out the hoodie 1 & 2, then stacked & jacked are the best followed by the dr jacked series and pool season series.

Just finished up Dr. Jacked Remastered, starting Super Set now because I need a quicker workout for the next month.

These programs are legit. After elbow meat and dr jacked I can absolutely tell a difference in my general appearance. Leaning out quite a bit and building strength (I definitely had some weight to lose)

Week 4 of "How much ya Bench" currently. Love it. Got me back into a groove of working out consistent. Pool Season 1 starts next week.
