I wish he would publish a required equipment list for each program for those of us with limited gear. I guess I could email him to find out which ones are barbell/bodyweight only.

I haven't ran into any issue with just a barbell, bands, bench, squat rack and dumbbells. His stuff is pretty basic equipment. Maybe bumper plates or 2nd barbell would be recommended?

I'd be open to virtually any of them that are three to six days a week. I'm just trying to avoid dumbbells as I have a really low quality set of loadable dumbbells. Also don't have kettlebells.

The Grasshopper program is a good one. It really only needs a rack, pull up bar and barbell. The occasional one arm DB row.

I am doing Grasshopper now. I'm in-and-out in 35-40 min and love the simplicity of it.

Finished my first week of Pool Season and I get this feeling that all of my previous "ad lib" workouts have been a waste. These workouts kick my arse each and every time I am in the gym

I did Pool Season a while ago - honestly don't really remember it but most of the PPSA workouts have me pumped and beat by the end of the session

Today is Day 1 of Pool Season for me.
And I will be working out after coaching Spring football practice. I expect it to be brutal

Does anyone know of a good video to watch for doing proper form on dead lift? I have never attempted to do them

Back from vacation ate a lot of good food and drinks. Feeling fluffy. Will feel back to normal in a few days.

Restarting week 2 of arm farm today. Can't wait.

It is brutal but the pump is out of this world, I love it. After I finish Pool Season 1 then I am heading into Pool Season 2.

I recently started the Dumbell Strength since I don’t have a barbell at this time. My question is about the DB RFESS. They show sets of 10 or 12. Is this per leg or total reps? Other exercises like, rows, kickbacks, and lunges all have *per arm next to the reps.

Per leg is how I have done it

That’s how I was doing it and just noticed that it didn’t have the notation. Guess it stood out because 12 per leg feels like so damn much lol
