Not since his meltdown. He may be done with us since not everyone is meeting his standards.

3 miles this AM at a 8:35 pace. Reverse split all my miles which was cool. Running another three miles this evening at Ferus Brewing in Trussville, AL.

If this was on another board I'd make a smartass reply to pile on, but we are supportive here on the ORL/MTT. I hope Burt is doing well and crushing times.

Just messing around.

Ran with the beer run people tonight. Too slow for me. Think they paced at 11/mile. Couldn’t run that slow.

It does, cálmate

I've been doing cycling since my summer base building runs were wack. Going to see how much my fitness carries over starting probably this week.

I’m being told it can. I always thought it was tomorrow. Apparently it can be both. How do they do it?

It's both. If you wanted to tell someone to meet you tomorrow morning you'd say "mañana en la mañana"

Weather looks great for this weekend. Decided to sign up for the Houston Half and just run at GMP and use it as a workout. Didn't really want to spend $80, but I'm going to use every chance I can get to practice fueling better.

I had what I thought was a nice tempo run this morning, but my Garmin is reminding me that I am unproductive. I’m going to take two recovery days Thursday and Friday with some slow short runs and see if that gets me back in the groove for a Saturday time trial.

como hacer? (pretty sure that's right)

I had a nice tempo run this morning. It was one of the easier ones on the schedule - 2 easy (10:10, 9:56), 3 at 8:13/mi (8:02, 8:11, 8:06), and 1 easy (9:56). Average HR of 152.

I have an easy 6 at 9:54/mi tomorrow morning. Looks like I'll be dealing with strong west winds during my run, but the temperature should be very nice.

Intervals tonight. 6x400 at 6:30/mile pace. Brutal. Hope this makes me faster.

I had a wonderful easy 6 this morning. 9:58 pace and 147 HR. We need to enjoy days like this, men, because they don't come too often in our part of the world!
