Jesus. Well done. I was way behind you. Nothing humbles you like being passed up left and right by soccer moms the last two miles.

My first half was solid. I was in at about 1:55 for the half but died on the last 7 miles. Finished at 4:20 for the full. It was my first so we will just say I PR’d.

Congrats to everyone out there today!

Freaking stopped to pee and was basically strategic mistake. But live and learn and I would do things different next time.

Amen to that. A year ago I had to run with an inhaler... part asthma part being overweight. Lost 35 lbs in a slow and steady way. Feels good.

KILLER job with a 4:20.

My wife and I slow rolled it with a 6:13:40. This was her first, we did 5min on / 2min off intervals. She was shooting for 5hr but her stomach fricked up bad at mile 21, super nauseous so we pretty much walked the rest. Rounded the corner off of North and she dug deep when she saw the finish line.

Alright baws, time for my yearly "i miss running" kick. Going to start out with 3 20 min runs per week, with lifting on the days I'm not running. Let's see if I can stick with it this time
