Day one of RFL (Rapid Fat Loss)
I ate like a pig over the past week to prepare for this diet. Luckily I'm like superhuman and only gained .5 lbs from all that eating.
Didn't feel like cooking so I had 2 scoops of protein with 3 fish oil pills and EC stack so far.

I only use it for blood pressure benifits. If I run out I don't even worry about it.
Btw last week, in 6 days I lost 1.5% bodyfat on the rapid fatloss diet.

I lost 12 pounds or so in the 12 days I ran it. Had a wedding where I ate in moderation and then yesterday I went into a leangains style iifym and ate 350g+ of carbs. My experience with keto had me thinking I was going to gain 5-7 pounds immediately, actually lost half a pound overnight. Put my brain in a pretzel.
Don't trust my scale bf%, but there is a significant difference in the mirror, in my opinion, and the weight didn't come rushing back. All in all, not bad.
