My RFL Diet outline. Green Beans is a place holder for whatever veggies I eat. I get lazy on diets like this with cooking so I opted for 2 shakes. I'll probably not do that everyday but will be the norm. Probably need to add in some Psyllium Husk or Metamucil for fiber.
Category 2. 1.25 of LBM, 10 fish oil pills a day, EC stack 3x a day, and a gallon of water.

How long you plan on doing it for?

Who the hell knows. If I'm as worn out tomorrow as I am today, I'll go till tomorrow. Lol
Nah, I'll probably run it 2 to 3 weeks.

I just got done with my workout and I'm worn the frick out.
DC training
Incline bench 225 for 15 total
DB military 60 for 16 total
CG bench 135 10 total ( way too worn out here)
Pullups no weight 20 total
Deadlift 2x6 of 315
45 second pull-up hold
Feeler workout to test weights. I need to get a damn fan for my garage gym. Holy shite.

Damn that's a lot of volume, I know you have to be tired. I am fricking beat I know that.

Definitely. I might do something else. 3 days of bench/squat/deadlift. Start off with one of those three at 3x5 and do 2 accessory movements at 2x12 and be done.

I'm about to hit you up on the home gym thread about fans lol

Today was squat, bench and rows + curls, triceps pull downs and calf raises.
After the workout I went and hit the bike for a few minutes of a brief hiit routine. 20 seconds on 40 off for 8 min or so. Nothing crazy, just trying to get in the groove of things.
Last Friday after my workout I did some jogging and think I over worked a bit (still getting used to things after a fractured foot). The next day my achilles was sore while walking (no issues after Saturday though) So the no impact on the bike was good.

Was reading about your fasted walking thoughts in the other thread
What if I did it a few hours after waking up, but while still being in a fasted state except for water? I know some people claim it needs to be within so much time of waking up
Also, do you reccomend incline or just flat?

25lbs plate fell on my foot from about 4-5 feet up. The week I was going to start doing some serious cardio.

Haha as long as it's fasted doesn't matter when. I fasted at morning and lunch right now.

One of worse fears and I am always conscious of it.
Posted on 6/5/17 at 10:06 pm to lsu777
Incline or flat? I know you said something about keeping the heart rate below a certain level
Avatar really doesn't reccomend doing cardio on a reverse but I figure fasted steady state can't hurt me a few days a week

Yea pretty tough to walk around right now. So I'm pretty worried if it swells up much more tomorrow I might be in trouble.
All because someone didn't rack the weights right and I didn't pay attention.
